Fashion Friday: DERBY!!

I have found that, since training with my city's local Roller Derby team, Derby has a fashion all its own! 

It's fun and sexy, a little edgy and sometimes quirky !

One might say it tastes like glitter with a hint of Rock N' Roll.

Fishnets, thigh highs and knee socks; boy shorts, short skirts and brass knuckles!

Just don't forget your skates!

New Orleans Soul Searching

Wandering around the old cemeteries in New Orleans, I happened upon one tomb that had three Xs, (XXX) written all over it. And the tomb was riddled with what looked like gifts, or offerings. 

Such history, culture, and mystery New Orleans holds. That's why I love her.

Fashion Friday Has Returned!!

A while ago, I came across this picture from a favorite blog of mine, A Cup Of Jo (and I am most positive that this pic originated from another amazing blog, The Satorialist.) I still and always will LOVE layering! I think it is one solid style that will never be unfashionable.

Snow! 2010 Louisiana

It was early this morning, around 6:30am, that I heard a light pattering coming from outside. As predicted, it was snowing! My poor Jeepie was steadily becoming engulfed in the powdery fluff stuff.

But alas, I still have to go to work. No snow day for me :(

And I'm Back!!

Hopefully, to keep up blogging again! I need to work on my blog skillz! I do apologize to anyone who did read my blog, for the huge absence! Life just takes a hold of ya sometimes!

So whats new you might ask? I tried my hand at making a small video to promote my jewelry, which I will post on here. I would however like to re-edit it, particularly because of some feedback I received (thank you and it was appreciated contructive criticism!)

To the left is a new design I did especially for Valentine's Day, which is right around the corner . . .
